AmBoy Eats was founded by chef Rhyan amid the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic after ten years as a professional chef. Inspired by his passion for good food and pushing the culinary envelope, Rhyan aims to honor established tradition while creating his own. During his childhood, his mom always made sure that food was a part of all the big (and small) moments. Her influence is at the heart of this venture, and you may sometimes see some of our menu items named after her.By taking classic, familiar foods and elevating them with traditional Filipino flavors and ingredients that he grew up eating, Chef Rhyan hopes to continuously surprise himself with what Filipino food can still be while honoring and reconnecting with his roots.
