Flip Eats is a Brooklyn-based business created by husband and wife team, Chef Joel Javier and Rachel Javier. It is their story of New-American Filipino cuisine. What started in 2015 as a singular pop-up bar event, has now grown into a full-service venture. Through Chef Joel’s experiences working alongside Michelin-starred chefs in New York City and Europe, along with Rachel’s experiences organizing high-level events, Flip Eats creates exclusively unique dining experiences for its guests with its seasonally driven and global flavors, while paying homage to treasured Filipino fares.
